In Memory: Tom DeLany, Mary Lyngso and Frank Dell

With much sadness, we report the passing of long-time CLCA members Tom DeLany, Mary Lyngso and Frank Dell

Tom DeLany, ACLS, Inc.

In addition to serving two terms as CLCA’s Director of Legislation, Tom was an active participant in CLCA’s Water Management Certification program and a stalwart of the Kern County chapter.

A service in his memory will be held at 11 a.m. on August 15 at:

Mary Lyngso, Lyngso Garden Materials, Inc.

A leader in organic gardening, Mary co-founded Lyngso Garden Materials, Inc. with her husband John in the early 1950’s. She was an active member and supporter of CLCA’s San Francisco Bay Area chapter.

Frank Dell, Dells Ivy Acres Nursery

Frank was a long-time supporter of CLCA and green industry professionalism. He was active in the San Francisco Bay Area chapter, and CLCA’s Auxiliary named him a Knight of the Garter in 1998.
