CLCA Refund Policy
There are no refunds on membership in the association.
Within 30 days of delivery, the California Landscape Contractors Association will refund the purchase price of any returned product purchased from our on-line store, except for software, multimedia CDs and electronic documents (PDF files). Returns must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We charge a 10 percent restocking fee. We’ll waive the restocking fee and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should receive your refund within four weeks. No refunds whatsoever after 30 days.
For the Landscape Industry Certified Technician program, cancellations received prior to the registration deadline will receive future test credit, valid for one year, minus a $50 admin fee. Cancellations after the deadline will receive credit, valid for one year, minus a $100 admin fee. No refunds/credit for no shows on test day. All cancellations must be received in writing.
For the Landscape Industry Show, there are no refunds for booths. Your free exhibit hall pass is fully refundable for the amount paid. There are no refunds for on-site or paid exhibit hall registrations. For seminars, there are no refunds. Based upon availability, you may be able to attend a different seminar of the same price. Please stop by on-site registration to make seminar changes.
For other events, cancellations received prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund, minus a $50 admin fee. All cancellations must be received in writing.
